My daughter is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts and we flew Southwest Airlines on our ski trip during our winter break 2019. Great experience!

Thank you Southwest Airlines

We have flown Southwest in the past and the flight attendants have always been wonderful. There has always been that lingering anxiety about flying with my child with food allergies and we would always wipe down the tray tables and arm rests but you could always find a “lost” or dropped peanut on the floor or between the seats.

We are so thankful that they have stopped serving peanuts in flight. In January 2019, the snacks we had were the “Plane” crackers in our way out and “Plane” cookies on our way home. They were so good! It was nice to relax a bit on the blight. I’ve also had concerns about her flying without us one day in the future as she gets older. We are actually starting to feel ok for when that day comes.

Thank you to Southwest Airlines. We really appreciate these changes.
