On March 6, 2026, my 19-year-old daughter, who has a nut allergy, traveled for her college spring break trip. We typically fly with JetBlue Airways or Delta Air Lines, but this time, her group chose Frontier Airlines to save money.
Frontier does sell peanut M&M’s onboard, but we were told they will not serve them if they are made aware of a passenger’s allergy. My daughter notified the gate agent of her allergy, preboarded the aircraft, and wiped down her seating area.
The crew went a step further by making an announcement about her allergy. Thanks to these precautions and the staff’s responsiveness, she had a safe experience.
