On 2/11/2023 I flew from LA to NYC on United with severe potential anaphyalaxis to multiple allergens. United let me preboard to clean my seat, kept the middle seat open to avoid added risks and had announced there was to be none of my allergens on board.
I’ve found noting while booking, then again while checking in AND at the gate agent works much better than asking a flight attendent. Southwest and United have long been the best options for me with multiple disabilities, I won’t touch another carrier.
