I recently traveled on Japan Airlines. Probably the best airline we’ve flown!
I was able to order an allergy meal. At check-in the staff made sure we had Epi-Pens with us.
They then showed us a card in English. I thought it would say ‘we can’t guarantee the meal is nut free’. But to my surprise, it said ‘they will not serve peanuts in their meal’ and they will wipe down the area where my kids were seated and do extra cleaning!
