The customer service person asked us, “do you think it’s fair that someone else couldn’t get their bag of peanuts?” My asked him do you think it’s fair my son could die from that bag of peanuts? Also that we are paying full fare for his seat and then he continued being rude finally got a manager on the phone and he just said he was going to refund our money. So sad they didn’t care…..
