I travel frequently for work and Delta has always been my go to but they recently had a policy change regarding allergies. They serve nuts and no longer require a buffer zone. They make an announcement depending on the crew. Some still accommodate and others have an attitude. I tried out American this week 3/1/2024, taking a total of 4 flights and had great success. Their planes are far cleaner and the crews were much more accommodating. They don’t serve nuts in coach, only biscoff cookies and pretzels. They don’t make an announcement but were very kind when I checked in. Also, when I booked my flights and selected special accommodations, their team called me within 24 hours to discuss and note in my reservation. No issues pre boarding. I should note I was traveling to the Bahamas and had a good experience on those flights as well.
