We’ve flown with Delta several times now, and each time has been an amazing experience. They allowed us to preboard, offered wipes, and asked if we had an epinephrine auto-injector—while also reassuring us that they carry one onboard. The crew made an announcement asking passengers not to eat peanuts or tree nuts, and they ensured we had a buffer zone.
Delta no longer serves peanuts on domestic or international flights, although pistachios are still available in first class. Even so, we always feel safe traveling with this airline thanks to their thoughtful and consistent approach to food allergy accommodations.
