Wanted to share our experience with British Airways.❤💙 We flew with them between London and Barcelona. (10/10/2019).
They couldn’t have been more kind or understanding. When we walked on I just inquired about nuts on the aircraft and shared that my child is severely allergic. They immediately offered and said they wouldn’t serve ANY of their nut products onboard, in any cabin. They said “Of course! You can’t be too safe ❤”.
I literally welled up and tried my best to hold back the tears. I never would’ve expected them to go to that length.
Then as we were walking to our seats, they made an announcement asking passengers to kindly refrain from eating any nut products as there was a passenger onboard with a severe nut allergy. They made the announcement more than once. This Mama’s heart was so full of gratitude.
They did this on both flights. I am so grateful for their kindness and warmth and will always try to use them whenever possible. ❤💙
