JetBlue is our airline of choice with 2 children allergic to nuts (peanut and tree-nut). On 2/14/2020 we flew from Boston to San Francisco and once again experienced consistent service: (1) No nuts were served on the flight (although one of the products for purchase may contain nuts), (2) Pre-boarding to wipe seats without issue, (3) buffer zone announcement (one row in front and one row behind) alerting passengers of a “severe nut allergy nearby” and requesting them to not open or consume nut containing products during the flight. All passengers agreed to this request.
Flight home from San Francisco to Boson was the same consistent service. Thank you, JetBlue!
