Spirit Airlines treated our food allergy family with kindness and respect.

This is a story of a terrible experience on American Airlines. A flight attendant actually suggested since they would not suspend nut service around me- to use my Epi Pen before take off to be safe. Complete lack of understanding of food allergy and anaphylaxis.

Mostly great experience on three out of four flights via Delta, though soured by one rude flight attendant.

Flight experience on United is entirely dependent on crew aboard flight that day, and crew will not confirm what will be served until you are in flight. I was told " first class people are entitled to what they want".
