I flew from London Stansted to Rhodes with Jet2 recently (9/2019) on a family holiday. They were wonderful with dealing with my peanut allergy!
We informed them via phone before travelling and they advised they had made a note on the system, which was flagged at check-in, at the gate prior to boarding and they had a pre-recorded passenger announcement on board and banned the sale of peanuts and asked that any passengers with nuts not open them. They even contacted the hotel we were staying at to inform them that “no peanuts should be used in the kitchens” – obviously impossible but I was impressed they made that extra precaution!
