We recently took four flights with British Airways: San Francisco to London and back, London to Dublin and back.
Our son has a severe allergy to peanuts and tree nuts. This is the first trip were we actually felt at ease flying.
British Airways went above and beyond in offering excellent customer service to us. They took our concerns seriously and allowed us to pre-board to wipe down seats. They made an announcement in a timely manner politely asking guests to refrain from eating peanut products plus they were incredibly gracious to us. We would fly again with them in a heart beat. Many many thanks to British Airways for leading the pack in managing food allergies. Such a ray of sunshine. What a different experience you offered us then what we’ve previously experienced on other airlines. Thank you.
