Sharing another positive experience with JetBlue. We flew with them twice over the weekend and they again were very accommodating for our family.
Two of the three children we were traveling with have peanut & tree nut allergies and they did everything promised by their policy. They already had the record of the food allergies when I checked in with them at the gate again before boarding.
They had informed the flight crew in advance and they allowed us to pre-board and wipe seats. In addition, they made announcements (one flight was to buffer zone and the other flight was to the whole plane) to avoid consuming nuts. They also offered wipes and they checked in with us during the flight to make sure everything was okay.
I always consider it an added bonus when no passengers complain and the only comment I heard after the announcement was “I hear this every week.”
On the flight home the flight attendant also gave my son wings. Grateful for another positive experience!
